Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Gameplay Programmer to help craft an immersive and highly interactive world. Your role will focus on creating core gameplay systems, improving player interactions, and optimizing mechanics for our survival city-builder.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine core gameplay mechanics such as combat, crafting, movement, and automation.
Work on procedural world generation and resource management mechanics.
Collaborate with designers to implement engaging and intuitive gameplay features.
Optimize performance for seamless open-world experiences.
Debug, test, and polish gameplay systems for a AAA-quality experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in gameplay programming.
Strong proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5.
Experience in physics-based interactions, AI behaviors, and multiplayer game mechanics.
Knowledge of procedural generation and automation systems.
Strong debugging and optimization skills.
Passion for survival and city-building games.
