Your Role

As Chief of Staff, you will support our Founder in strategy, operations, and decision-making to drive the company forward.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leadership on company strategy and key projects
  • Streamline internal processes and improve cross-functional collaboration
  • Provide insights based on data and analytics
  • Manage executive communications and special projects
  • Creation and management of convertible loan agreements

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in startups or business development
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Onsite position
