  • Identify, reproduce, and clearly describe bugs and unexpected behavior

  • Verify bug fixes and support regression testing

  • Create and maintain structured test cases for assigned areas

  • Participate in regular playtests and provide actionable gameplay feedback

  • Work closely with designers and programmers to clarify expected behavior

  • Support internal and external playtests, including preparation and follow-up

  • Take ownership of specific systems or test areas over time

  • Contribute to improving QA workflows, documentation, and tooling

Requirements

  • QA experience in game development, with at least one shipped AAA title

  • Deep experience with structured test planning, regression testing, and bug-tracking workflows (e.g. Jira)

  • Proven ability to take ownership of complex systems and drive quality independently

  • Strong passion for games, especially survival, building, and RPG games

  • Interest in complex gameplay systems, progression, and balance

  • High attention to detail and a structured way of working

  • Sense of responsibility for the quality of your work and the player experience
